De-oiled soybean Meal

De-oiled soybean Meal

Soybean meal is the most important protein source used to feed farm animals The protein fraction of Soybeans, finds its way into soybean meal as a livestock feed ingredient, as soy protein ingredients for the food industry and for industrial uses (paper coatings, adhesives, etc.). Soybean meal is the by-product of the extraction of soybean oil. The “high-protein” soybean meal with 47-49% protein and 3% crude fiber, obtained from de-hulled seeds. In solvent-extracted soybean meals, the oil content is typically lower than 2% while it exceeds 3% in mechanically-extracted meals. Soyabean Meal has a higher energy value compared with other protein sources.
De-oiled soybean meal with 48% protein content. Hi-pro with 50% plus protein content. Produced in the continuous state of the art plant from the non-genetically modified indigenous seeds under controlled condition so as to maintain the quality of protein rendering it easily digestible hence largely preferred by cattle feed, aqua feed and poultry feed manufacturers . Before processing the farm impurities, damaged, broken seeds, infected by pests and other foreign substances, metallic particles etc. are totally remove from the seed to maintain the quality of the deoiled meals.
